Edu-quest International Inc. builds motivation, inspires confidence, nurtures the will and develops the competencies and commitment of employees and organizations to realize their primary purpose. We are a values-driven consultancy with a positive view of human nature. We challenge minds, engage hearts, strengthen skills and assist organizations in achieving their desired results. Certain core beliefs and founding principles form the backdrop against which we work. These include:

  • People have within themselves a strong desire to learn, to improve their organizations, to contribute to the greater good and to focus on causes outside of themselves;
  • The vast majority of employees are consummate professionals who believe in professional accountability and who have a strong desire to improve their organizations from within, and that;
  • Capacity building and engagement are key components of the improvement process.

  • Education is the gateway to all future learning, a primary source of empowerment. It is the master key that opens up future life chances and possibilities for students in general, and especially those who live in poverty.
  • Education builds social capital and fosters civility. As Putman says, countries do not become civil because they are rich. Instead, they become rich because they are civil.
